The ultimate program is the elite program that requires a high level of fitness where individuals will be put in tough situations in both fitness and mental training.

Testing your mental strength through intense and challenging situations, this program will improve your mindset, reinforcing a 'can do' attitude and positively impacting your mental health, increasing your confidence and building your self-esteem.
Can-Do Attitude
When you have a can-do attitude, no problem is too big to solve. Through this program, we aim to help you feel that you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
Healthier Lifestyle
Trainees will have 14 days well balanced fitness, character building, survival and cultural and environment awareness sessions, combined with healthy organic meals and snacks throughout the day. This program will help you learn what a healthy lifestyle entails and will motivate you to carry out a well-balanced diet and healthy movement on a daily basis.
New found confidence
Exceeding the limits in this program, you will build your confidence to a level you never knew existed. With the tough and challenging conditions, you will strive to overcome anything.
fearlessness
Moving forward from the program you will feel stronger than ever, both physically and mentally creating a sense of fearlessness where you can conquer whatever life throws at you.
Certificate of success
On successful completion of this program, trainees will be awarded a certificate of success for their hard work and achievements they have made. They will also be rewarded by gaining a year access to our patented online training material and be the first to be receiving invites to any events by the camp with discounts.

Who is this program for?
This program is for individuals that are over the age of 16 who have a high level of fitness
What is the required fitness level for this program?
A minimum of:
• 100 meters swimming any stroke in 2 minutes
• 50 pushups
• 10 pull ups
• 3 km run in 14 mins
• 60 sit ups in 1 minute 30 seconds
Is it safe?
The safety of our trainees is at the upmost importance. We have the facilities to accommodate first aid and we have strict health and safety measures put in place which are checked regularly.

The pathway program is a beginner level program that introduces the basics of fitness, swimming and survival requiring a minimum level of fitness.
Midway program
The midway program is an intermediate fitness program which offers a second level of difficulty.
