The pathway program is a beginner level program that introduces the basics of fitness, swimming and survival requiring a minimum level of fitness.
What you'll get out of this program
self-awareness
This program will help you understand your mental and physical abilities through various activities. How you react during pressure and how you work within a team to overcome challenges will significantly build your self-awareness where your ability to focus on yourself, your actions, thoughts and emotions are emphasised.
life skills
Teaching you basic life skills, such as communication, problem solving and decision making from activities varying in teamwork, obstacle courses and sports, like swimming will benefit you on the outside world where you have to put these skills to the test.
self-development
Not only by training your physical strength, your mental strength will also contribute to your self-development journey. Training your soul, body and mind through character building sessions and awareness activities will positively impact how you view yourself.
Confidence
Whether it be gaining confidence with your physical and/or mental strength, program C will motivate you to try out new activities and experiences that may be out of your comfort zone, creating a new self-confidence you never knew existed.

Reassuring you that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to, this program will have you leaving proud and confident that you can overcome real-life situations.

Trainees will be provided with healthy organic meals and snacks throughout the day, combined with physical fitness and mindfulness training, individuals will successfully leave feeling rejuvenated and healthy within their mind, body and soul.

Who is this program for?
This program is for beginners who have a minimum level of fitness
What is the required fitness level for this program?
A minimum of:
• Familiarity or confidence in water or 25 meters swimming any stroke
• 10 push ups
• Up to 3 pull ups
• 1 km run in less than 7 mins
• 25 sit ups
Is it safe?
The safety of our trainees is at the upmost importance. We have the facilities to accommodate first aid and we have strict health and safety measures put in place which are checked regularly.

Midway program
The midway program is an intermediate fitness program which offers a second level of difficulty.
Ultimate program
The ultimate program is the elite program that requires a high level of fitness where individuals will be put in tough situations in both fitness and mental training.
