Expected Fitness level from you:

If you can swim 50 meters using any stroke, run 2400 meters in 12 minutes, can take 35 push-ups and 8 pull-ups along with 40 sit-ups - you have our attention!

You will be introduced to various sports in the camp which are of intermediate level. You will be in groups with instructors to ensure undivided attention to you. Your physical strength will be put to the test with an intermediate level of difficulty. It isn't as extreme as the ultimate program and more intense than the pathway program.

Who is this program for?

This program is for candidates who have a reasonable amount of fitness experience and want to push themselves further mentally and physically.

What is the required fitness level for this program?

A minimum of:
• 50 meters swimming any stroke
• 35 pushups
• 8 pull ups
• 2400-meter run in 12 mins
• 40 sit ups

Is it safe?

The safety of our trainees is at the upmost importance. We have the facilities to accommodate first aid and we have strict health and safety measures put in place which are checked regularly.
